  7. Vertical Integration is when one company aquires other companies that provide materials and services necessary for the first company.Horizontal Integration is where one company owns another company involved in the same business. The both occur when one company owns another company to help their business. Laissez-faire calls for no government regulation of economic matters, now in the U.S. the government is getting involved in the economy. An example of this is the FCC trying to set regulations on cell phone companies to warn their customers of going over the limit.

  9. vertical integration is a strategy whereby one company acquires other compianies that provide materials and services necessary to the first company. horizontal integration is a method of expanding a company by buying other companies involved in the same business. they are similar because they are both using other companies recources by either buying the other companies, or just using there recources. laissez-faire capitalism doesnt want the government to interfere. but our government is very much in our busines.

  13. Under horizontal integration, one understands the summarizing of businesses of same production step in the economy under a uniform management.

Under vertical integration, one understands a form of the business concentration in the economy sciences. Vertical integration is designated therefore also as a vertical business concentration.

Generally it concerns an organization form with the goal of optimizing the net value added chains and delivery chains of a business.

(laissez-faire) in our economic situation it would be like today they are trying to change the way our cellphones wotk and how we have to use them. so that means it goes against the laissez-faire comitalism becouse it says that calls for ne goverment regulations of economics matters.
