    i thought that the movie puts us in what it was really like out there in normandy, how the fights where, how d-day was really like and how it shows how people got scard and tryed to hide and the others that want to win work there way up the beaches

    1- I thought that the movie was very graphic and showed the intensity of the war. It also told you how intense the drop on the beach.

    Clint i agree that the movie puts you in that situation and shows you what d-day was really like and how it affected him.

    I thought this movie was very powerful. It really showed what D-Day was all about. It made me sad in the end when Pvt. Ryan was old and at the cemetery and he cried and was thanking him for saving his life. It shows how much the soliders care about their peers and their contries.


    Clint and Cody- The movie was very graphic! But it was realistic.

    1) the movie was good. It showed us what the war was really like, how hard it was to fight, and what it was like when a fellow soilder dies. Cody i agree with you the movie was very graphic and clint i also agree with you.

    i thought the movie is a really great movie. it shows what war life is about. When all the guys that are saving private ryan get into a fight with eachother, this happens alot over seas right now.

    1. clint- i agree with you it shows us alot about war life.

    I really liked the movie. I thougth it was a little to goory and some parts were really gross.

    Clint i agree with you on how that you think it really did give us an idea of what it would be like to be at normandy.

    1. The movie was great. It really showed the hardships of the war. It was very realistic. My favorite part is when private ryan does not leave his group because they are his brothers. That takes alot of guts.

    Clint: I know what you mean I hated when that one boy with the ammo would just hide because he was to scared while his group was dying.
    Abbi: I think the end was very good. It really shows how tough that time was. I think it would be very hard to go back to where all your friends died and where you fought for freedom.

    I thought the movie was very powerful. And it showed a good picture of what the war was really like, and what the soldiers went through to win the war.

    Clint i also think that it put you in the situation and what it was like during the war.

    Cody i agree that the movie was graphic and showed how intense the war actually was.

    abbi i agree that the movie was very powerful and it was sad when Ryan is thank the capt. for saving him and asking him wether he has lived his life to the fullest.

    I thought that the movie was really good. It really puts you in the spot of the war and it showed all the different jobs they had to do. They had to think on there feet and couldnt just hide. It was crazy how many people died just trying to get on the beach too. It is a good learning movie.

    CLINT- I totally agree with you on how it show how people felt and were scared. It really covered a lot and took us back in time.

    ABBI- I think that it did show how close the men came to there friends that came to be there family and all that they had in the end because they had to trust in eachother and rely on them.

    I thought the movie was cool. I liked the image of Omaha Beach when the group was going to find Private Ryan, it gave me an image of D Day.
    Clint-I agree it gave me an idea of what the soldiers went through.
    Abbi-I agree it was sad when Ryan was thinking the dead people who saved him.

    1) My thoughts about the movie are that it was very gory and some of the thing were what pry happend in real life and i dont think i could go threw what they did. The part that i enjoyed the most would be when they were setting up the in the the town with the bridge and how smart they were and how they set up all the traps was interesting and well though out. they didnt have alot of people in the town ether but they still made a big inpact on everything that happend durring the war. Another cool thing is when all the plans flew over the town and all of the solders that sowed up.
    (Clint)- I was kinda mad when the one with all of the amo was hiding but i would understand it is very scary to be put in that kind of position but then again at the end im glade he shot the guy that they let go Because he just came back and started fighting again but then again they should of just shot him in the first place.
    (Cody)- Yes the beach was very graphic it was scary when they said when they got up on the beach line after line of guys got shot.
